My first time experience

I was in the area for work . Noticed I needed a Va State inspection. Read their reviews on line so I tried them out . They are the most honest people and the nicest people in this profession. The man that waited on me explained everything so I knew what needed to be done to my car . I had a nail in my tire and with me being a lady and not knowing anything about cars , he used words that made me understand what he was talking about . His name was Jeff !! Thank You !! He makes you feel welcome and he really appreciates your business!!

Allignment

I took my vehicle for an alignment. The front desk ateendant was very knowledgeable and came outside to se the wear on the tires. He then informed me of possible causes. They checked the suspension components and other moving parts that affect alignment. I got my vehicle back after two hours. Now it runs very smooth. The service fees were fair for the area and the amount of work done. I would take my vehicle there again.

Outstanding visit

I came in for a routine oil change and a check engine light. Discovered my front tire was worn to the point of steel showing. Jeff got me a great deal on replacements, and they took care of a couple things I hadn't even asked for, no charge. A definite example of "value added". Please keep up this level of service.
