My experience with Hogan&Sons was fantastic. Even though we ran into some issues that could not be for seen, the staff stayed confident and assuring. I truly believe if I were any where else, I would have been left hanging on my own. I recommend Hogan&Sons with the utmost sincerity. Thanks guys
They were great helpful when I asked for what was wrong. Verbally explained it and charged me over $200 to do so but couldnt get anything written except there printout which was double Dutch to me. I needed a diagnosis I could understand in language I could understand

My oil light came on and I pulled into the Sterling Hogan & Sons, where they took me right away and treated me like family. Nice gentlemen!
The service was good, the work was performed in minimum amount of time. Additional svc was recommended but we have to decide if we are going to keep the car or not.
I was very pleased with my trip into Hogan and Son's last week. I brought my car in for the brakes, oil change, and an inspection... without calling ahead. Even though they were busy, they did a great job accommodating me. They got me in pretty quick for the diagnostics and offered my son and I ride home. We stayed in the plaza, and all the work was done before a quick trip to the store, a haircut, and lunch! Thank you guys very much!

I've been a customer for years now as was my mother carsand we have also received great customer service, and mechancial education and consistently reasonable prices.We have recomended family and friends over the years.
Much improved service from my last visit, which I think was due to an employee who is no longer there. Weren't able to handle all the problems, because they were quite complicated but were honest and forthcoming in saying so. Did a fine job within their limitations. Didn't wrack up a lot of charges experimenting. Bravo.This has been my go-to shop for many years and I suspect I'll keep coming here. Thanks to Alex for making things right.
