I asked for an emissions inspection and was given a safety inspection. The safety was not even close to being expired. Also 57 dollars for a tire patch! Never seen it that much before. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

I was very unhappy with my last service
i was charged for a tire rotation, it wasn't done. I was suggested and charged for the air filter, it wan't done until I checked and pulled out the dirty air filter. The management apologized!
Overall South Riding team is good. However, be extra careful and do your own due diligence and make sure you got the service you requested. On two separate occasions I have had to check the items again and they both were not done correctly. 1) Most Recent flat tire work: It was Sunday so prob they were slammed. They usually call right after the work is complete. I had to call to check if the car is ready and it was ready. They had to replace the spare wheel and put the proper one. I checked the tire and two out 5 bolts were really lose. Anyone could not easily that they were not tighten properly. I pointed to the tech and he tighten those all quickly. Also, Tire pressure was really off and uneven on all 4 tires. showed it to the tech and he adjusted quickly too.2). Tail light not coming up when you break: I was pulled over due to my tail light was not coming up while applying the breaks. I had it inspected with the same shop and they didn't catch it until I pointed.
I used to go to another popular place in the area for all my vehicle service needs. However, a recent rather sour experience at that place prompt me to explore other places. I am so glad that I stopped at Hogan & Sons, as we know the first impression goes a long way, this is exactly what happened when I briefly stopped by to get a quote for a new set of tires. Denis who was at the desk not only was so pleasant but was knowledgeable. He provided me a range of options to suit my budget. Within few minutes I felt I was at the right place. Without any hesitation I decided to purchased the tires. It was clear the culture of great customer service was wasn't limited to the main desk, Tim who dropped me and picked me from home while the work was done was equally super nice. Denis and Tim you all definitely made me a loyal Hogan and Sons customer. I will definitely visit this location for all my future vehicle service needs.

The crew at Hogan and Sons were great to work with! They called me daily to update me on the status of the car and even had my car done sooner than expected. Ive been here several times for all sorts of vehicle maintenance/issues and theyve always done a great job!
The front desk personnel were friendly and professional. I will certainly bring more business your way.
An oil change took almost 1.5 hours. Not planing to get a service from there.
