I was glad they had the BG 44K, but was more expensive than I thought it should be. It was $38 plus tax. Will go to Ted Britt ford next time where same can is $28 plus tax.

I always judge the service industry by how busy they are and how they deal with customers. Hogan and Sons South Riding are always busy and pleasant. They always take great care of my vehicles. Whether a broken engine oil dip stick or a new radiator the team is always professional and responsive. Great Work!

I went in for an oil change and was told an hour. I left almost 2 hours later. I understand it was a busy day but I could have taken it to Jiffy Lube and saved time.
Service was excellent. Radiator needed to be replaced and none of the area BMW dealers had one in stock. Service personnel went the extra effort to go pick up a radiator from a dealer in Maryland to ensure I got same day service. Took car in at 7:30 am and all service was completed by 2:30pm. Will definitely be back for future service!
