In looking over my rear tire, Hogan did not find any nails of obstructions. They did find the rim needing fixed, to keep me from losing air every 2 days. They fixed it, and I am safe now.

routine maintenance

Unfortunately this was a bad experience. I brought my car in at 1:30 pm. When I went to pick my cat up at 5:30,it had not been moved from the spot I parked it at. The service guy apologized and admittedly said that he forgot. I totally accept the apology and realize he can make a mistake. Unfortunately I had to be somewhere at 6 and had no choice but to change my plans and wait for my car. The service guy did give me $10 off, but it wasn't worth the change in plans.

Yesterday my car began to smoke on my way to work. I began to panic. I went to another auto repair center and their customer service just wasn't as good as that of Hogan and Sons. They had my car up and running in 3 hours just as promised by Dolph! Thank you all for such a welcoming atmosphere and quality and affordable service.

Good Experience

Good repair quick

I took my 2010 Civic in to Hogan & Sons to get brakes replaced. All of the staff that I talked with were friendly and helpful. They had a better price than the other area garages and corrected only what needed to be fixed without replacing parts that did not need it. I will definitely go back the next time I need service.
