Bad Experience

on 11/19/15, I had bad experience. I went to fix the air pressure leakage.The repair guy is saying he didn't do some things.But, the service manager is saying all things are taken care. The leakage problem is still there. I felt cheated.I have been coming to this location from past 5 years, this is second time happened to me. I don't like going to that place again.

What else did you forget?

Had an oil change and tires rotated. Left and realized tires weren't rotated. Called, tech said he forgot. Customers shouldn't have to double check everything to make sure work is done. People makes mistakes but makes me second guess everything.

More Than Just Tires

I recently moved to Chantilly and I'm so happy I found Hogan & Sons Goodyear. I've taken two vehicles to them for alignment, brakes, and tires. Their prices are good and their service is excellent. They found a problem with the brakes on one of my cars that the dealership completely missed (emergency brake pads were warn down to metal and grinding the inside of the rotors) because they did a much more detailed inspection. Their alignment charge was much lower than the dealerships for both of my cars (Toyota and Dodge), and their tire pricing was competitive with every other tire dealer I checked. The staff at the south Riding store is superb. They are friendly, competent, and really know their business. I'll continue to take my cars to them for maintenance.
