My car was parked in cold weather for 10 days. When I started the car, it ran fine for 5 mins before the engine stalled and check engine light came on. I took it to Hogan And Sons in South Riding and they said they need to replace ignition coil, spark plugs, and wires. They quoted me $934.00. After some negotiations, they agreed to fix it for $776.00. They used OEM parts for everything. I reached home safely after my trip. However, after the experience, I checked with my local VW dealer for the same service. They told me that, if I buy ignition coil, the spark plugs comes with it. Including ignition coil, wires, spark plugs and labor, the VW dealer quoted me $592. So, I would have paid the VW dealer less money and got original parts. Hogan and Sons took advantage of my situation (it was raining and I was 2 hours away from home). This shop should be avoided at all cost.

Had to get a new pair of tires and oil change. They had the best pricing and could get me in same day with tires already in stock. They went out of their way to coordinate dropping off the car with all of my kids and car seats.
