I've been going here for years and they always do a good job. This last time someone forgot to put the cap on my oil and it made a big mess and smell inside the hood - I took it in and they spent 30 minutes cleaning it up and gave me new wiper blades (which I desperately needed) - and they were very apologetic. I popped a tire earlier in the week and they were able to get me back on the road in 20 minutes - would always trust them with my car!

I made an appointment in the AM for a PM job. Was able to use a great coupon and Ben was very detailed in explaining all the charges when I checked out. The people were very nice. it did take 30 min longer than expected and it was chilly in the wait area from the doors opening and closing. I didn't mind waiting the extra time because it was a good deal.

Told me i had $4,000 worth of work i needed to have done and was able to take it somewhere else and i didnt need most of the things they said and got the repairs done for a fraction of the cost. I have used hogan and sons for other services but will not be returning. Ever.

I was extremely pleased with the ability to complete my unscheduled oil change. I happened to have the day off unexpectedly and Hogan and Sons gladly fit me into their schedule. Service was prompt and courteous and I was on my way within the hour.

My Review
Very disappointed with my last visit. I was told when I made the appointment it would take 45 minutes. So I brought my son. Job took 3 hours for oil change and 2 tires. Car sat for an hour before being worked on and then tires were put on wrong. I'm not the type to take to the internet to blast a business, but I will give you my honest assessment for the sake of your business. Sorry, but I probably won't be back.

Good service and great people
The folks like Harry at the front desk are good folks. They talk with you and care that you know what they find within the diagnostics, and then give a realistic sense of what needs to get done, and what should be done. While the price is not necessarily cheaper than other places, the customer service will keep me coming back. Been using these guys for about 4 years now for 3different vehicles. I got multiple sets of tires and all my service needs done here.
