Jessica and her team were efficient, courteous, and performed at a high level. Thank you, Jeff
Everyone was courteous and they took me and my husband to the Senior Center and brought us back.
Service was fast and competitively priced
Every Veterans Day I get a basic oil change ($30). Scheduled a 2pm appt. was talked into a courtesy check-up after ensuring that would not add significant time to the visit. Desk told me one hour. During the courtesy check a cross threaded lugnut stud was "discovered". 2.5hrs and $117.00 later I was finished. No special discount for a veteran either.
I took my vehicle in for a state inspection Friday morning. There were no inspections in front of me, so mine was seen immediately. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. This seemed a lot longer than other places, but I needed it done. An hour later I had to ask about it once I saw another associate. She went to the back and brought up my ticket/keys and two others. Apparently they were doing the inspections and not notifying ANY of the customers that they were finished. They even seemed annoyed when I asked about it and never said anything about why it happened.
This is my go-to place for auto service.
We had a great experience getting our Explorer serviced! 5 Stars
If you've seen the movie "Remember the Titans", then you know the quote in the title. My previous reviews for this business portray one with no gaps or missing pieces; everything fits together from the front office to the floor. In my view, ownership should consider this a repeatable model for the franchise; the model being Harry Harth, let me explain.People make up the face of a company, especially one which interfaces directly with the customer at so many different levels. Reputations are thus earned from the very worst of a customers experience- the weakest part of a company- not just the front office or manager directly. Thus, a successful business is guided by a managers attitude which inspires, motivates, engenders confidence, and leads others to display the same positive mindset. This attitude is the trademark of its leader, Harry Harth, which he displays continually and teaches by example to the people in his charge.God Bless you Harry!
Dropped my vehicle off the night before for tires to be installed in the AM. I was told to pick up at 10:30AM but when I arrived they had not even started yet. I left dissapointed.I tried again the next night and was told they would be ready by 12:30PM. I arrived and the wheels weren't even on the vehicle. I left the store at 1:45PM. A bit of an inconvenience and I may have gone somewhere else if I would have known it couldn't be done. The store manager came out and spoke to me on his own intuition and apologized. I understand things happen. I will still return since this is the only place I take my vehicle to in Purcellville. I'm sure it will get better.
