As usual, the guys at Hogan & Sons in Leesburg are the epitome of professionalism, from Ben at the front desk to everyone else. I come from Sterling to these guys because I trust them, and am confident they will do only what is necessary to keep my vehicle safe and on the road. Even with a full parking lot, they got me in and out in about 90 minutes, which was terrific! Highest marks!!

2002 chevy blazer st. insp .

On 2-12-16, I (Art ) took my 2002 chevy blazer in for State Insp. & emmisions testing. I also had oil & related items serviced. I staff were top notch pro's. answered all questions, the rest room I used was very clean, fresh & well stocked. All technical possed by me (Art) were all answered & well, I all use and refer others to Hogan & Sons in Leesburg, Va.

Inspection review

MY truck was failed for bad brake light (legitimate) and bad rear tires. Tires where at 7/32. feel that I was failed in an attempt to make me purchase tires that I didn't need. Had to explain three times to the inspector that they were perfectly legal. He finally passed me after every invalid excuse in the book.

Too expensive !

The guy tried to trick me into getting a "deal". But in return he just took away my mail in rebate put it in as the "sale" price. thats not a sale that's a scam. For four tires I paid close to 600$! Later on called around to see if that was the going rate or if it was just them. Everywhere else quoted me no more then 450. RIP OFF!

oil change

Very thorough and quickly. Very good service.

Didn't finish the job

I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for all five tires to be rotated, including the full-size spare, and the technician agreed to do it. When my car was returned to me, I checked and found that the full-size spare was not rotated. It's a small thing, but those tires do not belong to the tech who can't be bothered to do the whole job. Those tires belong to me and I want to get my money's worth. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait another hour to get it done right; I just swapped in the spare myself. I surely won't be paying this garage to rotate my tires again. I guess I should have verified that they actually changed the oil and filter too.

Good Oil Change but...

Surprised that Hogan is now adding a shop supplies fee to the bill. When expected taxes and disposal charges are totaled the bill grows by $8 above the ad rate. Probably still a competitive price if you have a coupon but the ad misleads.

These guys are the best! This is the 11th year I have been a customer and they ALWAYS treat me great! Alex is the best and Troy is one of the best managers they have had in this location. I recco this guys to everyone!
