Topping off fluids

Unsatisfactory. Car overheating on way to Reston. Checked radiator, fluid was not visible. Had to purchase anti freeze and fill radiator. Very obvious fluid levels were not topped off. No telling what else I would find if I checked other fluid levels. Called to inform and chatted with a female. Explained what had happened and was told that something else could have happened or there was a leak. Informed the female that the over heating was due to lack of fluids. Extremely disappointed. The wife and I will be going elsewhere for all of our oil changes and maintenance. Any services promised should be provided.
