Oil Change, tire rptation

Very poor. They forgot to tighten my lug nuts on all four tires. I could have been in a terrible accident, or worse killed. In the past they forgot to put the oil cap back on when my wife's vehicle got an oil change. This could have cause her engine to seize. Too many mistakes that could cause unrepairable damage.

All Work Not performed

We asked for a tire rebalance in addition to rotation and it was not done. Have to go back, again....

Honest and Pleasant

I came in because my car was stalling and acting strangely. The front office staff and the mechanic that worked on my car could not have been any nicer. They found the source of the problem and fixed it in the same day even though it required them to get a part from the Honda dealer.

Oil change

Had oil changed.Leaked and left a large oil stain in the driveway and garage. Returned and they replaced drain plug gasket.Two trips and two large oil spots.

Testa'S service

You performed the work reqyesterday in a timely fashion, you also suggested a dirty air filter change, and that was done. Efficient quality work has been my experience at Hogan'S for the 9 years I have lived in Leesburg.

State inspection

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I was most impressed with the thank you calls to other customers that were made while I was sitting in the waiting room. What great customer service!

4 New Tires

I was running late for an afternoon appointment for 4 new tires but they were still able to fit me in, which was much appreciated.

Excellent Service !!!

This team stepped up and help me out with 2 flat tires in front of my house. They came and took the tires off and repaired them and came back to house to re-install them. Top group here in Leesburg.
