I am very happy with their service
I recently had a bad experience with a different TRUSTED mechanic. So I randomly tried this place and I could but be happier. They fixed the problem the other place could not, for less money, in far less time. All the employees I encountered were knowledgeable and professional. I left feeling like I was helped instead of being taken advantage of. The peace of mind that comes with that is priceless!
I am happy with the service I received. The people were great, they explained everything that my car needed and let me know how much it was going to cost.
I had such a great experience after I got a flat tire on a long road trip between NY to NC. I felt so fortunate to be helped by the great guys here and ended up exploring the area and loving it!
I had my oil changed over the weekend and was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they could have them there in the next twenty minutes. I had to leave but said i would be back later that week and called later that day to say i would be there the following afternoon. When i arrived i was told they still didn't have the air filters. Turns out they did but poor communication was very frustrating.
It was a great experience. The manager of the store is very helpful and your price is very reasonable compare with the other auto store near to Picket road in fairfax, va. Did not have to wait long to get my tires alignment done. Good experience.
The Fair City location has always treated me well.
Courteous and friendly environment. Not busy at all. Will visit again for my next oil change.
