Exceptional Service

I came across Hogan & Sons as I was looking for a Goodyear company in the Fairfax area. I am new to the area and I am not used to spending crazy amounts of money on car repairs as I'm from Upstate NY.Originally I went to ABS Unlimited where they quoted me $2,000 for some repairs I needed, and some that were unnecessary. Frustrated, I returned home and looked for other auto-body shops in the area with reasonable prices.After discussing my issue over the phone, Alex recommended I bring the car in for a COURTESY inspection, going over everything ABS had previously looked at and charged me $60 for.Alex was very helpful, as was all the other mechanics I came across that day. He stuck to his word and really worked with me on some repairs we could both agree on. He did an exceptional job and is the definition of an amazing customer service associate. I will definitely be returning with any further issues, and they know that.Highly recommend.

Fix a flat

My son brought the car in because he came out of school to a deflated tire. They filled it for him at no charge. The next day I. And in to buy four new tires. The attempts to upswell were minimal, and service was fast

Good service so far

I've been here a few times with both our cars and never gotten suspicious that they were trying to rip me off. They are good about letting you know what they notice on your car which needs repair regardless of what you came in for. They are also honest about the urgency level and don't push back when you turn down additional services. I'll definitely be a loyal customer as long as the service stays this good.
