Excellent service experience getting new tires & oil/filter change.
Just moved into the area not more than a week and our care needed tires and service. Drove down Main Street in Fairfax, VA and saw Hogan and Sons Inc. sign. Drove in and was immediately greeted by Manager Rich and Front Desk Manager Dennis. Within minutes both reviewed our needs and assured us their technicians could assist us and have our needs met by the next day. We then met the Service Manager Phillip who gave us an estimate and before we knew it all of our needs were taken care of. We can't begin to thank them for their humble and amazing professionalism and service.Their overall patience and concern for our needs were so welcomed by both my wife and I. We commend them for the timely manner in which all of our needs were met. Not to mention how satisfied we were with Gregg who worked on our vehicle and Trey who provided neededtransportation to and from Hogan & Sons. Commendations to all who made things happen in a most comfortable and positive manner. WE APPLAUD ALL OF YOU!
