deceptive pricing practices

I was given a quote for $576 for two tires (fine) and was told that it included a warranty. I was NOT told that part of that quote was an OPTIONAL road hazard warranty that I could have declined. Your employee Dennis proceed to argue with me that "I should have known." Also, my new tires are overinflated (40 PSI versus the recommended 32). The warning light on my car came on the next time I started it. So after paying you $500, I still have to fix it myself. Very unhappy with your service after being a long time customer.
