New Battery on a Cold Day

A year or so, ago, I had a flat tire on my personal car. I was on my way to Reedsburg and stopped into your facility to get my tire fixed. When it was all done, you only charged me for the Nitrous air in my tire. There was NO CHARGE FOR FIXING THE FLAT. I was so impressed with that service, when it came time to replace my daughters tires on her car, I came back. Then we needed a new battery and I came back again. I WILL COME BACK AGAIN!!!

Good overall

You were able to get us into the shop quickly and there is a noticeable improvement in the car alignment. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was numbers for where the alignment started and then after alignment.

Oil change

Dropped in to see if they could do a quick oil change and got me right in. Always friendly and honest. We service both our cars there for over five years.

Tire repair

Was quoted $10 labor to repair a 750x16 tire. Explained it probably would need a tube. He said that you normally patch them. Never received a phone call that is was finished. Bill came to $28.50 with $15 labor mount an dismount. We had a repair done for Douglas Legacy Farm awhile back. The farm takes care of 6 rescue horses. Needed a used tire for a drag that is towed behind the tractor. The mount and dismount was $10. New tube and a used 15" tire. I know that there is a fee for tire disposal, so do your used tires come cheap? The $15 tire was a rag at best.

Got the tires I needed

Was able to get hard-to-find tire size in a used tire. The crew was able to work me into the schedule in a reasonable period of time and the price was fair. The service technician who mounted the tires was very pleasant to interact with. And we had a comfortable waiting area during the whole process.
