Seems they raised the prices a considerable amount. Oil change used to be about 32-37 now its 43-45.. wasnt happy about that!
Dawn and Tom always do an excellent job always finding time to schedule my tire rotations and anything else that come up with my tires. Always great service!
We take both of our cars to Hartjes for regular maintenance, problems, and repairs. They (Tom and Dawn especially), are so friendly and honest with us. We value our business relationship with them.
Hartje's Tire & Service Center changed the oil quickly and they simply can't be beat! We have been getting our vehicles serviced by Hartje's for years and would highly recommend them!
Let customers know you closing time if you begin a service on their vehicle within 1 hr of that time

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appt for 10am but dropped it off at 915. Luckily I had a friend to pick me up. I called to check on it at 245 and it still wasnt being serviced yet. It was finally finished at 3:45, which caused me to be late picking up my kids. If I have an appointment scheduled, I expect to be serviced at that time, before any walk ins. Had I not had a friend pick me up, I would have left after 1 hour and taken my vehicle elsewhere. If I were a walk in, I could understand having to wait, but what is the point of scheduling an appt if you arent going to be serviced at that time? The price was great but the time was not.
I came in to the tire center about a half hour before close. I had a screw in my tire that was leaking air. They were able to find me a replacement tire and replace the bad one for me.
Quick service. Tires were not rotated as I had purchased them from Hartje's last month.
