What started out as a routine oil change turned into a $250 dollar headache and a not-so-fun game of "he said, she said" between this place and the dealership I bought my car from. Not exactly something I want to or have time to deal with any time but especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend this place OR Stark on the Belt Line after this. I'm out an extra $200 on top of an oil change during a time when being out an extra $200 really hurts. Save yourself a headache and a couple hundred dollars and go somewhere else.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic also let me know about another issue with my car and gave me an estimate. I've never been pressured to get work done, and the workers are always honest about whether the problem is something that needs to be addressed immediately or if it can wait a while.
