U LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY! YOUR REPRESENTATIVE REFUSED TO ROTATE MY TIRES BECAUSE HE CLAIMED THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE WAS DAMAGED.HE SHOULDN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY OVER THE VEHICLE'S OWNER TO MAKE THAT DECISION. I BELIEVE HE TRIED TO SCAM ME.
Everything went smooth. I assumed I would have to wait 2 hours ... but you guys were done in 1.5 hours. I think you missed out .... I was informed that the rear pads were getting low AFTER the car was out of the shop. Had you told me when it was on the rack .... I would have had you do the install. Maybe when I get the 1st rotation if they last that long?
As always, quality, competent service by experienced, honest, knowledgeable techs. I drive from Ligonier past numerous places where I could get my oil changed. I like you guys.
Matt was very helpful dealing with Goodyear and getting my tires a MFG Adjustment Credit. He went the extra mile and I'll not forget that.

I know i needed tires and with impending snow storm comming, had to act fast. Called Flynn,s on way home from work and Tracy pulled the tires i needed,got the car in and done in a half hour! Good price and fast friendly service without an appoinment; that's what it's all about!
I came have a slow leak repaired. When the mechanic went to pull the car into the garage it wouldn't come out of park. Something happened when I parked the car. Turned out to be a broken wire in the shifter console. They repaired the wire and it seems fine, also took care of the slow leak I originally came in to have fixed.
