I was greatly sastified by the service that was performed on my car. I was in for a tire rotation and balance and asked about getting my car inspected. They made an accomodation and did the inspection. I was truly happy to knock two birds with one stone. I will refer people to this location. Thanks again Flynn's.

Customer service was great only problem was tech left headlights on and drained the battery but they fixed it

Dependable service

Flynn's tire and auto service does good work on schedule and very fair pricing. I usually do my own repair work where possible and find Flynn to be a great alternative especially if the work is a little beyond my expertise.

New tires

Service manager was not Good with customers after the installation of my new tires on one of our service trucks , I was given the truck back with broken e brake cable and there was parts laying under the truck. Being in the service repair industry ,I am well aware things break unexpectedly I went to speak with manager about the issue . His first response was defensive, stating "what do you want me to do about it" . I suppose he thought I wanted something for free I said that's ok .we will not be back, I will have my regular mechanic repair it that he had lost a customer and left . As a owner of a successful small business I would say retraining may be in order on problem solving and customer service . I should hope not to get anyone in any trouble as it may have just been a bad day

I am very happy with mynew tires. The service was excellent, the people I delt with were very professional, and I will definitely go back to this location. I had tires put on my wife's car last year and came back for tires on my truck.
