I called the day ahead to get an appointment and the technicians fit me in. I was pleased with the time it took and the service. It was pouring down rain and they pulled my car in so I would not have to walk outside. Very thoughtful! Thanks!!
Brought in a 2013 Honda Odyssey for tire service and alignment. The work performed was thorough and well-done at a reasonable price, it just took two hours and forty-five minutes.

I called ahead to ensure I would receive quick service. They said I would. I waited for at least an hour and 1/2 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was sitting in the waiting area and no one attempted to explain the delay. When I finally asked what the heck was going on, they said they had the wrong oil filter and needed to get another. They could have kept me informed-I probably would have gotten a ride and come back later-I missed a work meeting. Then, they took $5 off so I paid $32 for an oil change which is very high anyway. It should have been free.
I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and my car was donr the sameday. Everything was well explained and the service was friendly and fast!
I purchased 2 tires from Flynn's less than a year ago and put less than 12,000 miles on them. The one tire developed a bubble on the size which can be a dangerous driving situation. I contacted Flynn's regarding any type of manufacturer or Flynn warranty on the tire. Steve stated there is no manufacturer warranty and no warranty offered by Flynn. Steve stated the BEST he could do would be to inspect the tire and Flynn's could replace it (not with a new tire AND with a fee). This is poor customer service and I will not be purchasing tires from Flynn in the future.
