I had a wonderful experience at Flynn's! The technicians replaced my tire quickly and the customer service was great. The only that gives me a pinch is how terribly expensive tires are, but that's the marketplace, not Flynn's. Thank you for a very nice and easy experience.
First appointment at 7:30am (when you open) Did not take car in until 7:55am. Once inside did not take to long. Last time I took car in for the same oil change and tire rotation, it took almost 2 hours with a 7:30am appointment. If you need to change your hours to start at 8:00am let us know. if you are to open at 7:30am, and you have a appointment at that time, you should follow up. Other than the timing, all good.
Excellent customer service. They were out of the tires they provided me a price quote on so they gave me the same price for a more expensive tire. Very honorable establishment so I will definitely be back in the future.
