oil change & tire rotation

For some reason, they lost my appointment or did not record it when I called by phone. So the service took almost 90 minutes. Was unable to rotate tires because the socket to unlock the locking lug nuts was stripped. However, offered to pay for a replacement which I bought.

10-15-2019 inspection,etc.

I phoned the day before to make an appt. - was told to just bring my car in the A.M. - Had my car there at 8:45 A.M.& after numerous calls to Flynn's in the afternoon - was told car would be next! Finally after complaining of time, etc. I received my car at 5:40!! It is a half hour drive at rush hour!! I have dealt with Flynn's for years & always raved of the service, honesty,etc. But, this was to the extreme. Good mechanics, poor timely reasoning/excuses, etc.

Came here to get an inspection done. Second year in a row Flynns wanted over $1K in repairs done. Not going to happen. I will go to a reasonable repair shop that can actually help me. I have only driven my car 6,500 miles this year. I am amazed at how much they think needs to be repaired.

Flynns had a single replacement tire that I needed. It was the same brand as the others on my Nissan Rogue. They had the new tire mounted and me back on the road in less than an hour. Great service.

About the shop

The Flynn's Tire Company is a family owned business operated by the Flynn family in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Our founders established a reputation of service and value that continues throughout the organization today. We are a family that really knows the tire and auto service business.

Growing from a single location in Mercer Pennsylvania to 28 total locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, our company is still expanding. To serve our retail store network, Flynn's Tire Company has four large warehouses strategically located to ensure that a large variety of tire sizes is available for our 19 retail outlets. As a result of our large buying power and network of locations, we have become a distributor of Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Hankook, General, Continental, Yokohama, Vogue, Toyo, Pirelli, and more, to other tire retailers, service stations, and car dealers in the Western PA and East/Central Ohio region. Our four Commercial Tire locations service commercial and farm/tractor suppliers and fleets. Additionally, Flynn's Tire Company has a tire retread division to supply truck tires to the motor freight carrier industry.

The Flynn family members all participate in the organization at different levels. However, Flynn's Tire considers all of its associates a part of an extended family and views them as valued members of the team. In fact, we believe we have the most knowledgeable, service-oriented staff anywhere in the tire business. Each and every one of our employees is committed to meeting the needs of our customers.
