I've had a lot of service work done over the years and this was one of the best visits. Kyle was very helpful and professional in explaining why my tire couldn't be fixed and why they couldn't mount one tire. He presents options to me and my husband (on the phone) and got me taken care of. He was wonderful to deal with and got me back out and in my way.

New deal on a tire that I bought 3 months ago that had got blown out in a pothole,had to buy while new tire at full price,I asked for a little better deal and said have AAA and was told have nothing going on with AAA,I need two more tires on my car and you can be sure I'll be going elsewhere,can't believe wouldn't even give me a little better deal for being a customer who just bought tires 3 months prior ,and couldn't even withstand a pothole hit,I had PURCHASED less expensive tires from OTHER PLACES that withstood pothole hits,and if I had issues with it THEY TOOK CARE OF AT their expense,or gave me a discount for another,should've went back to that place,oh well you live and learn,but I'm out over another 125.00 for this adventure.my next purchase will be at the place I went to before,they knew how to take care of their customers who had bad situations happen to them,unlike this ordeal I just went through.A REAL SHAME..
