I was disappointed as the employees were late to work and didnt acknowledge this as they greeted me (although I was clearly there before they opened up), but the service was excellent. They were very polite and informative. I would certainly recommend others to take their cars their... just plan your visit as you might be there for a while.

Tire service

They never offered me any warranty on the tires. So I assumed the 45000 mile would be covering any flats or problems. I use to take my vehicles to the flybys in austintown ohio really liked those people there. And the one in kent ohio i liked also.

TIre repair

2-20-18 @ 5:45 p.m.15 min before closing I was met @ the counter by Kyle, I was frantic my son in law found my rear driver side tire with a bolt in it and heard it going flat. I was in tears worried that Flynn's wouldn't be able to replace my tire I was almost in tears and Kyle stated there was 2 more people ahead of me I nearly begged him to please help me out I dont know what I am going to do. He said yes it might be a little while I said that was fine, come to find out where the object was located it was in the sidewall of the tire and there was no repair I had to buy a new tire. He gave me a great price on a new tire even tho the old one was just bought new in 2016 with lifetime warranty and we added on the road hazard to the tires but he had to prorate and then the damaged tire was not covered and he said they don't make the tires we purchased in 2016. Long story short Kyle was amazing and he went over and beyond to help me out in my time of need.
