John always does exceptional service. He is definitely one of the best! He listens well and follows through with my concerns. On the other hand I am not pleased with Doug's matter of fact attitude. I had to schedule twice to get an appointment. I followed the time directions per the first appointment, "wait until after 9:00." I came at 9:30. Doug said I would have to reschedule for John had someone coming at 10:00. My appointment was supposed to take about an hour. I told him I was willing to wait longer if I overlapped with another job. He said can't do. My recent appointment took 4 1/2 hours. Big difference. I waited longer evidently because jobs were overlapping. The first visit Doug wouldn't accommodate my request. But, the second visit I endured a lengthy wait with my wife and support dog. A courtesy of informing us, would have given us the option of walking across the street an having lunch at Subway. Doug also went with vehicle specification on oil instead of my oil history use.

Not What I Expected

Went for a tire balance and rotation. The balance is worse now than before. Front left shakes when doing 65+ MPH. They also left greasy hand prints on my leather seats.

Inspection

I was greeted in a COVID sensible way and in and out within 45 minutes. Awesome! You have a customer for the life of my car. Got my tires there and have had an oil change there. Always friendly, fair, and professional!!!

Impressed!

Fantastic Svc. I stopped in unscheduled with an object in my tire. Doug, who was by himself, with the phone ringing off the wall got me taken care of immediately with a smile. You guys really should have more staff in the morning on the phones.
