My daughter took her car here for an alignment. I just put 2 new control arms with ball joints and new inner and outer tie rod ends. Flynn's tech said both sides of the inner and outer tie rods were bad. She called me so I told her to just bring it home. Upon further inspection the problem was the rack and pinion. Easy fix but would never recommend this place to anyone. Clearly the parts they deemed the problem were new.

The guys at this location are the best. I've known John for many years and he has always taken great care with my vehicles and I. I trusted him as a mechanic and a he's a great manager. He knows what he's doing. I have all my work done here because I know I'll be in good hands. I call with an issue and the waist no time getting me in and done so I can be back on the road. I give these guys 5 stars for many reasons
Recently spent 1000$ between brakes and spark plugs. They suggested the plugs would fix the issue. My car stalling out. Im ok with the someone being honest and saying theyre not sure of exact issue. Weeks later same issue. Car stalling again, the front desk man was extremely nice and patient with me the entire time. Coming back days later after issue worsening. The MANAGER! Comes out saying I was wanting free labor. I needed to spend an additional 100$! For a diagnostic fee!! Even after them telling me changing spark plugs would fix this issue ! Im very saddened by the fact that I was mistreated and accused of wanting free labor Ive tried several times to call corporate. No response from Mr. Callahan. Do not take your car here moving forward they will not get my families business, or mine ever again. Im disputing this 1000$ for spark plugs and breaks.
Your guys did great this is my second time here with my motorhome and I am very pleased hats off to your guys
They were able to get me right in but then took almost 2 hours to balance 2 tires. I have had 4 tires changed out and balanced in that time before.
Four tires a front end alignment and an oil change quickly taken care of thank you
