i love coming to you guys because the work is honest and done well, but the waits are too long. frustrating. and it was visibly frustrating to a few other customers that were there while i was there. need quicker turnaround times somehow

My wife and I always go to Flynn's for all of our car servicing and tires. We have been doing this for 14 years.

I had an appointment for inspection of my 1 year old car. Because I left apparently walk ins were taken before my car. It took over 2 hours to get my car inspected although it was new. I waited in the showroom for the last 45 minutes. I do not believe it should have taken that long since I had an appointment. Why make an appointment if walkins are taken first.
