I am always pleased when I leave the Hermitage site, the staff and crew are friendly. They let you know what is going on with your vehicle in a timely fashion. Will continue to go there and tell others about their services.
We always take our car to Flynns in Hermitage, and the work is just fine. However, this past visit I have an issue with the way the bill was handled, and with the wait time. I waited 3 hours for this job, which I thought was too much. And when I finally got the car back, I was handed a 'bill' (and paid it) that, once I got home, I read over it and found it was not my bill. I called the store, went back, and they tried to assure me that the 'amount' was right-even though it was in another persons name, address, car, etc. I have to say I was skeptical of this-
Had a flat, took it in to get it plugged and found it was on the sidewall. I WAS GIVEN the tire tread amount and also the OPTION of just replacing the bad tire. No pressure to replace both, which I appreciated. I did replace them both. They brought the tires in that day from Mercer and I was taken care of as quickly as possible.

No problem with the work being done - but mechanic put driver's window down when in the shop and snow melted and soaked the fabric on the inside of the door. Need to treat customers car as you would your own.
Everything went fine! I won't trust our vehicle to anyone/or anywhere else! The Hermitage store is wonderful-thanks guys!
I have been coming to Flynn's for close to 15 years. They are professional and courteous in providing service.
I drove in on the way to work at 8:20 AM. I had a low tire that seemed to have a slow leak and now it was pretty low. A fellow cheerfully checked and filled all my tires. I came back in the afternoon after work and my tire was repaired (bead leak due to bent steel rim), I got an oil change, and I was cheerfully one my way in about an hour. Brilliant.
I go only to Flynn's because I know they are to be trusted and will not do any more than is absolutely necessary.
My entire family purchases tires at Flynns. Now that you have updated your system there is no information kept from previous purchases. I was told we should have kept our receipts. It would have been nice to receive an email notice of this stating that a warranties and previous purchases would be gone and not store in your system. Very dissatisfied with the process.
