First I dont typically write reviews but my experience at Flynn Tire outstanding. Here is what I experienced:Upfront total price, Speed of service, Care of installation. Upfront Price -The sales person listened to what was important to me and then recommended options. They didnt try to over sell. There was no you really dont want this tire you really want the higher priced one. They showed me the total price up front. Speed of service -Once I decided on a tire they said they would have me out of there quickly. The last time I bought tires (at another tire store not Flynn Tire) it took nearly 4 hours. I was directed to follow the green stripe. I pulled up to the bay door and they said I could stay in my car. So I did and it took less than 10 minutes to have the new tires on. Care of installation - They were fast installing my tires but being able to watch and the care they took with each detail of the process was impressive. Checking out as an added bonus they checked my

I had my fiances mini clubman dropped off at Flynns to replace a run flat tire.The wrecker dropped it off in the designated spot. Upon picking it up after the tire had been replaced I noticed significant damage to the hood and grille. The wrecker's video confirmed that when the vehicle was left at Flynns in the designated area there was no damage to the car. The video footage that Flynns supposedly kept, was "missing". Damage amounted to over $3,000 - Flynns refused to take any responsibility, and would not acknowledge fault. This sort of irresponsible behaviou is totally unacceptable and I will do ANYTHING to avoid ever going there again

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Flynn Tire. They go above and beyond, have followed up with phone calls, and reached out in ways that are "above and beyond the call of duty."
