Scheduled Appointment

I had a scheduled appointment for 1:30 to have 4 new tires put on & an alignment. It was 2:15 before my truck went in the shop. I feel that if you have an appointment you should have priority over walk-ins. Theres reasons for scheduling. At this point I probably wont take advantage of my free balance & rotation - Id rather pay than wait beyond my appointment time again. If appointment times cant be met then that service should be discontinued & be walk-ins only. Just a disappointing day! I am pleased, though, with the choice of tire & they look great on my truck!! Thanks for that! I would recommend this location with reservation. Id have to explain the appointment situation and let them make up their own minds. Im not saying I wont come back but a lot of thought would have to be put into it. I think it would depend on the situation and what work needed done.

I had a very good experience at Flynns .The gentleman I spoke to about my tire was very kind and looked up my account to see if I was entitled to a free tire or to have it pro rated.I would definitely buy my tires here.

New Tires

Great experience. Got my new tires on quickly and was charged exactly what was quoted before the appointment. Will be back.

Had no problem getting an appointment for the date and time I wanted. Was in and out in a half hour.. Excellent service.
