I had arranged my appointment online but that got lost in communication. I showed up and they were not prepared for me but they got me in and on my way. When I picked up my vehicle they were very helpful in explaining what the issue was and what repairs were made.

They are under construction and it's not customer friendly at all. customers are crammed into a about a 4x6 area with 4 chairs packed together. They must have a bunch of new employees. Whoever worked on my car rummaged through my center console, changed my seat and mirror settings. plus they didn't reset the indicators for my next service as they normally do. Compared to service I've gotten in the past, this was far less.

New Alternator

The problem with my car was identified very quickly and my car was fixed good as new in just a day. The people I talked to on the phone were helpful and nice!

My appointment was at 10am. I arrived at about 9:50. My car was not even taken into the garage until 11am. I was having tires put on my car that I had brought with me. My car was not finished until noon. I find this terrible customer service. Thank goodness I didnt have any other obligations that day. My husband had the same experience when he got tires put on in August. I thought it was just a fluke. Apparently not. I doubt I will be back

Great service!

Got a great price on tires. They replaced my headlight bulbs too. Very friendly guys. They didn't try to update me on anything I didn't need. I'll definitely use them again
