Everyone was nice. They took my car into the garage at my appointment time. But it took 2 in a half hours for them to inspect my car. I have never heard of a car inspection taking that long.

I had an appointment and the workers were courteous and right on time. Very little waiting time. Price comparable with others. I would have service done by them again.
I come all the way from Pittsburgh just to go to this specific location because this is the only place that I trust with my car (Ive owned a vehicle for over 10 years and have been to many different auto repair shops). Mike is an excellent mechanic and his customer service skills are above par. Not only Mike, but the entire staff exhibits exceptional customer service. My car is always completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price- I can also trust that I am not getting mislead and that the work is done well. I will be a lifelong customer!
Good service. They remodeled. Other than new bathroom and beverage center, the reset is poorly designed. The new small counters leave no space for a customer to set down a drink, phone or write a check. The customer waiting area is no different and having tires stacked there that people are constantly walking in front of you to get over to view is a poor design. They did nothing to stop/deter the blast of air from outside every time someone (customer or employee) walks in the front door. They should have spent a little more money, got a better design if they were going through the remodel process.
Decent place to go for oil changes, tires, and auto repairs. Can be a bit on the pricey side compared to other places.
In for state inspection. Nice sitting area with kid friendly tv playing. Friendly service and completed within an hour.
All-in-all, I have nothing bad to say about Flynn's. They generally treat me right when I show up with car issues and I've been taking my car there for tires/maintenance/repair for years. This last experience, however, I had an appt at 10AM to rotate/balance tires and fix a leak in a tire. Also scheduled was a state inspection. Despite my appt being at 10AM, it was 11AM before they were able to pull it into the garage. The mechanic who worked on my car, Jay (Eugene), is extremely nice and always treats me well and I know he was working as fast as he could. But from start to finish I was there for three hours and I didn't anticipate that. Additionally, I needed to use my computer to do some work there, but their wifi speeds were atrocious - so much so I had to use tethering on my phone to get a webpage to open in less than 2 minutes. As I said, I like Flynn's, but there can definitely be some improvements - namely in their speediness and wifi.
My car Inspection and front end alignment went smoothly even though it was scheduled close to the end of the day. You staff was friendly and courteous.
I recently had my car inspected at Flynns - the service was quality, the inspection was done in a timely manner, and staff was very professional.
