As always, I'm pleased with the service at Flynn's in Grove City. Tyler is friendly and numerous behind the counter, and Jay has worked on several of my vehicles. I don't go anywhere else.

Review

Let me start by saying I have had a lot of work done from Flynn's on all of our cards and the staff is always courteous. That being said, not being able to make an appointment for an oil change is crazy. I don't mind waiting, but almost two hours is too long. I waited 30 minutes for my car to go in. I won't even count that 30 minutes, because that comes with no appt. Once my car was in, it took almost an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. That's just way too long.
