Not impressed

I needed my oil changed and an engine lite came on so I wanted it checked. I could have gone right next door to your place and gotten the diagnostic checked for free but since I was quoted $20 over the phone I just had it done there with the oil change. Upon pickup there was a $40 tacked onto my bill nobody could seem to tell me where it originated from. My coworkers have told me that is common practice with you guys but I had hoped it to just be a rumor. If I have to use you guys again EVERYTHING will be in writing, as I was not impressed with you guys trying to screw a single mother.

The service I received here was excellent. They took me in even though they were going to close soon got me in and out in excellent time and I cannot say enough to how friendly and gracious he was!! Very helpful!!

Thank you for this internet opportunity to thank you for your careful attention to my letter dated August 10, 2015., where I was alerting both Michelin & Flynns for no response to a tire recall & suffering 3 blowouts on interstates in a 10-day stretch in late July. Thanks in particular to Michael who resolved every detail including phone calls to Michelin Customer Care Dept. for three replacement tires. Also thank you to Bryan and Evelyn at Michelin for authorizing the replacements and promising to reimburse us for the other three tires purchased after each blowout.Thanks also to the three mechanics who removed, mounted and balanced the new Michlelins. Considerable extra effort was needed to raise the rear inside tire of the motorhome reportedly weighing 12,500 lbs. We now feel safe in traveling the interstates again. Thank you again Michael for your professional assistance.
