I brought a vehicle in that had a screw in the tire and I wasn't sure how deep it went. They got me right in and took the tire off and checked it. Luckily the screw was only about a half inch long so the tire was fine. I appreciate their prompt service and attention to my needs.

Inefficient

I've been a customer for years, but I've been seeing a downward trend at this location. I waited over 3 hours for 2 tires to be mounted, while I watched multiple employees do a simple oil change while my car sat unattended. The salesperson did give me $10.00 off my purchase due to this extended wait, but my time is worth much more than that! Ill be trying Ziegler tire down the street next time! I've been over promised and under delivered one to many times here.
