Bad Service Expereince
I had an appointment at 2pm for an oil change, tire rotation and check a tire losing air. When I walked in there were 2 men behind the counter and one other customer, so there was a free service rep, Jim. He told me he'd be with me in a minute, he was doing something on the computer. I said that's fine, but 3-4 minutes later he's still doing the computer & the phone rings, Jim answers and spent another 3-4 minutes servicing a customer on buying tires. While he's still on the phone a 3rd rep comes and asks if I've been helped, I said no. He couldn't find the appointment, then Jim gets off the phone and takes my info. I ask if he'd call when it's done, I was leaving it, he said yes. At 3:45pm I finally called them and they said oh yes, it's done. I picked up the car & had to ask about the tire, no biggie, Jim was silent he was right beside me on the computer again. I paid, no thank you no come again, no nothing. My wife drove 100 miles & said the car feels funny. Figures, 1st & last tim

I have been a client of Flynn's for years and years. I took my son's truck in for service and a few minor repairs...asked them to rotate the tires. I was asked if I purchased them there. ..which I didn't, because I bought the truck for my 16 yr old son from a local friend. Anyway, spent over $300 for oil cange, air filter change and fixed a bad motor in the driver side door...but they didn't rotate the tires for free because I didn't buy them there. Remember...I am a long time client that goes back well before this truck issue. Up to this point, I had been very satisfied.

Tire change
Tires bought 11/2014 needed replaced. I knew they were under warranty. Couldn't find receipt. Assumed Flynn's would have record. They did not. Made an appt. to have new ones mounted. Still had to wait 2 hours. When I got in my car to leave, the seat was all the way back, the radio was turned loud on a diff station and the auto headlights were turned off. Not a great experience.
