I had given my son the task of researching tires and shops for his car. After calling four different shops and feeling overwhelmed, he called Flynn's (N.Canton). Mark answered and LISTENED to what Benny was looking for and was able to put his mind at ease. Mark put together a couple of package choices that best fit the situation. Mark even took the time to explain what and why each set of tires met the parameters (cost, size, performance rating). Benny made the appointment for mid week. I threw Mark a curve ball the morning of. I had read some recent reviews that suggested a possible composition change mid-year causing the tire to skid in wet corning conditions. Mark LISTENED to my concerns, looked at the reviews and suggested we consider the other package that he had personal experience with (putting me at ease). Unfortunately, the tire wasn't in stock and would have to come from the warehouse. He assured me it wouldn't be a problem and was still able to make the appointment work.
No contact tire repair!! They were so professional and awesome! Will definitely recommend them and will have my business!
Got me in quick when other shops wanted to schedule to check and repair a slow leak. We be back
