Stopped in to simply have tires rotated from rear to front for a trip the next day. The manager (Will) Informed me that not only did I not have enough tread for him to do that but also that per company policy or even ODOT regulations that he could not put those tires on the rear of my car, and that I would be needing two tires. Honestly I was skeptical of this at first, As I felt he may just be telling me this to sell tires that I didnt need. I actually thought there was a chance I would need new tires so told him to go ahead with it. While they were doing the tire work, I googled several articles to verify that he was telling me the truth. Fortunately that was the case. Also contrary to what I have believed all my life he explained that the newer tires had to go on the rear of my vehicle? I also read online that that was also the recommendation. So, I left there feeling like I had dealt with an honest manager and and honest company.

This is my second experience with this location. Good staff and service.
From the manager, to the technicians in the back everyone worked diligently. I bought tires a few weeks ago, one of my tires started going low they brought it in fixed it. It was a leaking valve stem, mark talked me into buying the road hazard to further protect my tires so we have protection for future tire issues. Thank you Flynns, you are amazing so glad you opened a store in North Canton. Keep up the great work and you have a customer for life.

Came for a tire repair, they also informed me they could change my tire pressure sensor that is not working. Friendly, honest help.
