The staff was professional, friendly, and straight forward. First at the Kent location, and second time going to flnns for tires, my first visit was at the Austintown location.
Lousy. I dropped my truck off early morning picked it up at3:20. Needed new spare put on rim a stowed, truck jack to be stowed, Rotate tires, and oil changed. when i picked it the tires were not rotated, the low tire light was still on and jack was not stowed. I had to take it back and wait for the rotation. And i have take back again for the light. At Flynns there is no concern for customer or requiring the customer to miss additional work.
Flynn's always provides prompt and friendly service.They are very honest and provide reliable service at a reasonable price.
Randy and crew do a fast efficient job and the prices are always reasonable! We dont go anywhere else
I am rocating to Florida and needed many repairs to my vehicle. Randy the Store Manager assisted me in getting my in getting my vehicle road safe at a very good price THE SAME DAY!. WELL DONE! Much gratitude!
Every repair is done right and on time. More importantly the entire staff, Randy, Nick and especially Tony has been exemplary. If Tony says it needs done. It needs done. He has saved me time and money over and over again. He is never too busy and always explains everything. I have a perfect peace when it comes to doing business at Flynn's. I literally thank God for Tony and all the staff there. They have been huge blessings to me and wife. Keep up the good work and Thank You for your service.
Your service is good staff well informed but your waiting area and your restrooms are in need of a desperate cleaning I would recommend your service but not your facility
After posting initial review, was contacted by store and very polite and curtious staff member went over the ticket with me over the phone, explained it was the caster not the camber that was out and it was not a tire wear issue. Apologized for the lack of communication and I am now duly satisfied. Would recommend them again.
Took gmc sierra 1500 for front end alignment. Got call to pick up vehicle it was ready. Camber on left side remained out of specs, did not even change. No call was ever placed to me to explain what was worn or why it couldn't be adjusted,and if I wanted it repaired or not. I was charged full price for an alignment, with no explaination.
Purchased tires from this store but can never seem to get in when tires need rotated or fixed sad you can take money but wont service your tires! Im a driver by trade my vehicle is what keeps money in my house and apparently Ill search else where for a mechanic! Shop
