New Tires - Mileage Adjustment

Visited the shop to replace tires under the manufacture's tread-wear warranty. The service personnel quickly handled the tread-wear warranty, rebates and special offers that applied. In and out within the time span as promised. Couldn't have been better. Listened to other customers/service personnel interactions; all were handled equally well.

They are very nice to you and always try to get you in and out not an all day wait. The service men are kind to you and smile all the time, enjoy going were you are welcome

Excellent service!

Needed a tire quickly. Stopped in 30 minutes before closing. Tire had to come across town, the next day. Had the tire before 8:30. Tires changed and moving again! Friendly accommodating staff!

2009 HONDA INSPECTION

Flynn's ALWAYS does an excellent job for me. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is in working condition for me and offer suggestions that I may have overlooked. I feel confident when I leave their location that all is well.

I had my tires rotated because I did not have time to do it myself. On 9/8, I needed to remove the rear wheel to investigate a noise from my rear brakes. I found that I could not get my 13/16" socket onto any of the lug nuts. Whoever did then rotation used a 21mm socket instead of 13/16. Upon further inspection, all but one of the 24 lug nuts on the truck were rounded off. On 9/10, I went to the store to discuss what had been done and was summarily dismissed by the shift manager. On 9/11, I returned to speak with the store manager who told me simply "There is no way those lug nuts were damaged on a single tire rotation. I have been a mechanic for 40 years and I know for a fact that when you pout the wrong size socket onto a bolt and turn it with a pneumatic impact wrench, it only takes one time to damage the bolt head, in this case, the lug nuts. Flynn's has lost a customer with recommendation to anyone I know to avoid that service center.

These guys were just great. I got a 3" hole/split in the sidewall of a Bridgestone run-flat tire from a big pot hole that I couldn't avoid. I drove home (~30 miles) on the run-flat tire and called Flynn's (just a few miles from my home). They didn't have the tire in stock. The other tires were getting fairly bald, so I ordered a set of four replacement tires. They got a set there from their warehouse in just a few hours. After I arrived, they mounted and balanced the entire set in just under an hour and I was on my way. I thought my entire day was shot when I got the flat, but everything worked out great.
