Pleased with all except the alignment kits came as a surprise. Maybe a good idea to advise upfront of this potential requirement. It seems that there should be an adjustment on the service charge rather than paying the entire alingnment,

I had specialty tires ordered from an outside source, due to a flat tire, that were not available at the Flynn shop. The tires were delivered and installed the next workday. A&L BMW stated they would not be available for service for three weeks time, which, among other instances, have contributed to the worst experience I have ever received from any service provider. This is the second time I have used Flynn and generously appreciate the service I have received.
