These guys were swamped on the holiday (MLK). They stayed about 2 hours past closing to get everyone done. Way to go.
The sevice at my Yorkshire Dobb's is excellent. They always give a complete report of what needs to be fixed, how much it costs and how long it should take. They are friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you!!
These guys are always willing to work me in even thought they are usually swamped. The front desk guys work their butts off and are always professional, friendly and honest!!

I have never had a rude or bad experience at the shop until this visit and my family has spent thousands of dollars there. The man that checked me in was incredibly rude and snippy. I guess an employee called in and things were backed up so he was telling customers the wait was longer than normal but the way he said it was obnoxious and he was very argumentative with multiple customers when they questioned a 90 minute wait for an oil change. I don't remember his name but he was in his 20's, about 5'9 and slim build. I have never had an employee there be rude until this experience. It's a shame because I really like Jim and have always had good service there until now. I think Jim knew that people were unhappy with that employees behavior because he was personally thanking people for coming in and made sure to thank me twice when I was leaving. Still, I doubt I will return and I will be sharing the experience with my family.
