Fixed forever ????

Two years ago I brought my 99 GMC Safari into the Wentzville, Mo location. My issue was the front end was wearing the passenger side tire on the far outter limit. I ordered 4 new tires and an alignment. A phone.call came and I was advised of a worn part that was causing my issue. I gave to go ahead to fix it. Now, i faced with my state inspection and a failed front end and two ruined tires. The Manager at Wentzville was very nice about the whole matter but only offerd me a discount on two tires. I payed for my front end to be fixed, it was not. Another repair facility found the problem and was able to get me set. Your fixed forever guarentee is not so much. Leason learned. And so much for Dobbs. See ya!
