Routine visit

Late afternoon, walk-in...was able to get in & out for an oil change, tire rotation, & new wipers...FAST!

Oil/filter change

Oil and all filters replaced, replaced all 4 tires.Service was prompt and all attendants courteous.

Called Dobbs Tire in wentzville MO on a Monday morning to make appt for car repair. They already knew what I needed. Appt made for Tuesday morning. Get there on time and sit for 30 minutes only to be told that they had to order the parts and would possibly take 1 1/2 to 2 hours for part to get there depending on traffic from St Louis. I work night shift and had to get to bed so made appt. for that following Fri. The repair actually took them 3hours so had I said yes on Tuesday would mean sitting there for 4 1/2 to 5 hours waiting for parts and repair! They should have had the part already there! Took car back Friday. Sat for 3 hours and finally fixed. They replaced my thermostat and flex pipe on exhaust. Cost was 543.42. Got into the car and started it only to see my car had a very bad vibration that wasn't there before repair. Told management that something was wrong. Car was not vibrating like that when i broight it in. Repaiman Jeremy argued with me saying he did not mess up my car.

Fast service

Just had to replace the rear blinker light. It took about 15 minutes and the prices was inexpensive. So very happy!!

oil & filter change

They checked to see if Honda recommended reg., blend, or full synthetic oil and the proper weight, as I was unsure. Previously, this car had only been serviced at the dealer. I dropped my car off, and it was ready by the time requested. I also appreciate the staff applying coupons/offers they have in the store.
