They are always friendly & professional & trustworthy. We have been customers for over 11 years even though we have moved farther from this location we still go here. They always treat us right & care about us as customers. It gives us peace of mind to have a mechanic we can trust.
I took my truck in for safety and emissions testing knowing that there might be something wrong with the front end and they found a problem and asked me if i wanted to fix both sides or just the one so they tryed just the one first but found out i had to do both. They did not try to sell me on anything extra and informed me of some things i will have to replace in the near future but it would pass without them. I have been going to this Dobbs location since I started driving and I really don't plan on changing that. Thank you for the great service as usual and i will be back.
I needed a set of tires "today" and DOBBS was up to the task. DOBBS had the tires I needed in-stock and had the staffing to install them immediately. I am very satisfied with the entire process, time to complete the job (about 1 hr 10 min), and the price. This is the third set of tires I have purchased at this location (Tree Top). The service has been top-notch every time.

I have been dealing with Dobbs at Sulphur Spring Rd since 2003. I have 3 vehicles. My 06 Highlander had to have a new altenator. Scott informed me of the price and I asked him if there was anything he could do to help out a loyal customer. He did not hesitate and said NO!! I was stuck and had my car towed there so I had to pay. He seemed to care little about my past 12 years of doing business with Dobbs and the thousands of dollars I have spent there. I will miss Tommy and Joe. They are pro's and great at their jobs. Dobbs will not see another $ from me.
