Dobbs sulphur springs

Brought car in to rotate tires for free. They found a nail in one and replaced for $40 due to a bulge we never saw. Also quoted is $480 on leaking brakes. Second quote from calverts was half the price at $237. Now we know Dobbs is always high.

Catalytic convertor

Was happy to hear there was a rebate at the time of my purchase. Got it to pass emissions now. Already got rebate in the mail as well. The up front staff is great as always.

Camry Oil Change

Wonderful as always but wasn't happy that I was charged for an oil change when I used a buy one get one free coupon. The "free" oil change was the same as the original. Very disappointing.

Generally, great service !

We always take our car to Dobbs for any car service. The staff and service are generally great. However, the last two time we took it in for L&O and tire rotation, the next day our "low-tire pressure" light came on. This is the second time this has happened (occurred last service date, as well). Took the car to check the pressure and it was within range, but we don't understand why this is occurring, especially since it is the second time it's happened after service. Maybe the tire rotation is triggering a sensitive mechanism only in our car (Hyundai). So we will see. We will still return to Dobbs (Sulphur Springs-Ballwin) as they provide us better service than Firestone (any day). Thank you.

Retrieve earring - under seat

I really appreciate the hard work and persistence by the Dobbs techs in retrieving my wife's earring from the seat slot.

I got screwed at Dobbs

As the title states, I feel like Iwas taken advantage of at Dobbs. I have been to this Dobbs and always felt like I was treated fairly. Not this time. Car was in for state inspections. Kinda late in the month or I would have taken car somewhere else. I needed the inspections. Before I took car in I inspected my wiper blades twice for any torn rubber because they always get me on this. I am telling you there was no torn rubber. I get the phone call and they start off with I need wiper blades (you lost me there) and then I needed front brakes and a rear brake cylinder was leaking. Expensive repairs for a state inspection. I did not check the brakes or the brake cylinder before I took the car in. Its very possible I needed front brakes, I can't say. I park, in the same place on my white concrete driveway and I can assure you there was not one drop of fluid on driveway. After they said the wiper blades needed replaced I did not trust the rest of it. I am not happy. Steve will never work

State inspection

Inspection, tire rotate and balance, oil change all done while waited. Less than an hour. Great job
