The prices are going out of sight at the Swansea Illinois shop. When Steve, Cory and Tony were there they were fair with their pricing and did only what was needed. There seems to have been a huge turn over of employees there and the pricing has gone sky high. $80.00 for an oil change is outrageous to me and I'll be changing my own oil again. I've been a loyal customer their for over 20 years and it's a shame that you've moved some very good employees and cut back on the good customer/shop relationship. I'm sorry that it's come to this.

Headlight

I have a 2005 Cadillac and my headlight burned out. Because the front end of the car has to be disassembled to change the bulb, I requested ALL the bulbs to be replaced. The next time I drove the car, my dash shorted out and blew the other headlight out. I expected my lights to last longer than a day especially for the amount I paid to have this fixed!
