Great Service as always

Took my 2013 Equinox in for tire sensor service. Charge was half what the dealer would have charged me. While I was there, I had them change my oil also. In the process, they advised my tires were pretty worn which I already knew. I was going to wait until after winter to buy new tires. They provided quotes on two different sets. With all the extras they give for free like free rotation and road hazard, I couldn't pass up the price and just got new tires that day also. Great deal, fast, and friendly. Awesome experience - nice to work with an auto shop you can trust.

Oil Change

The tattoed female gave me a hard time, everyone else was friendly. Oil change went fine.

Emissions test.

My vehicle failed the emissions test and I had to get several that no repaired. I set up an appointment with my Dodds store in Swansea and took it in. It took them most of the day but when I got it back it passed the emissions test and I was able to get my new license sticker. They gave me a quote and it came in a few dollars less. All in all I was pleased with the work that they performed. And their work is warranted for as long as I own the vehicle.

Had trouble with front brakes on my 2000 Ford Taurus. Dobbs did a good job fixing the brakes.

New tires

Needed 4 new tires, but was unsure which brands to pick. This was especially important given that these were 19" tires and very pricey. Heather did a great job to find me the best deal. She is a real asset to your organization.
